Healthy Snack: Black Bean (Corn) Avocado Salsa

  • 2 cans black beans (drained)
  • 2 cans of corn (drained)
  • 2 avocados diced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 bushel of green onions (diced)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground garlic seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (optional)

I like to eat this with lime chips or in a whole wheat tortilla burrito style.
